How Do I Place An Order?​

Just click on the item, chose the size/ colour that you want and complete the order from your basket. 

Uploading artwork for personalised items:

Please add photos/artwork to the link at the bottom of the Thank You page once your order has been purchased. For text only please add to notes in checkout. 

Payment & Shipping: 

Please note that ALL ITEMS are hand printed to order, and this can take a little longer than mass manufactured items.  Dispatch is usually within 7 – 10 days of order received.  Items are shipped by Royal mail, 2nd class post. 

Urgent deadlines:

If your order is urgent please contact  us on print@scarletrecording.co.uk and we shall do our best to meet your deadline.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options:

Order online with a credit card using our secure ordering system.

Returns & Refunds:

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or not as described.

Our policy: 

As all items are hand made to order unfortunately we are not able to take returns, or offer refunds unless the product is faulty. 

Returning an item:

If you do need to return a faulty item please return  to: Scarlet Print, c/o 68 Siltside, Spalding, Lincs PE11 4ET, within 30 days of receipt and we shall replace the item within 30 days of receipt.
